Miguel's Mexican Cafe is great for lunch. Just make sure you get their early or plan to wait a little bit because other people know this is a great place too! They recently added an outdoor waiting section featuring fans with misters, wrought iron walls and nice chairs. We were able to sit down after only 5 minutes of waiting (at 12:45pm). They gave us chips and salsa to start. The chips were fresh and warm. There's nothing worse than stale chips that have been sitting out to snack on. The salsa was good an authentic too.

I had a lunch special that only costs $6.50. It was a chicken burrito that came with yellow rice and re-fried beans. They gave a healthy portion of food because I nearly finished it when I should have stopped! I've been here a few times before and I've never been disappointed.
